Terms, Conditions and Guidelines for the Sale for Benedetto Pickups

 

We want your on-line purchasing experience to be quick, easy, rewarding, and fun. In order to make for a smooth transaction, we have set up the following terms and guidelines to eliminate any confusion. If you have any questions about anything contained in these guidelines, please let us know via email.

 

1. APPLICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The following terms and conditions shall govern the sale by Seymour Duncan for orders of Benedetto® pickups and/or related products sold by Seymour Duncan.

By accepting delivery of the products described on the invoice, you agree to these terms, conditions and guidelines. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior written notice at our sole discretion.

2. OTHER DOCUMENTS DO NOT APPLY

These terms may not be changed unless agreed to in writing by Seymour Duncan.

3. PAYMENT TERMS AND ORDERS

Payment must be received by Seymour Duncan prior to shipping your order. Payment shall be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Your payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing your credit card and we are not liable if this financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason.

4. PRICES, SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES, TAXES AND CUSTOMS

The pickup prices do not include charges for shipping, handling, taxes, customs, or duties, if any, for which you are responsible. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on your invoice.

5. TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE; DELIVERY

Shipment is FOB Santa Barbara, California. Occasionally, due to backorder situations, we may deliver your products in installments (unless you specifically tell us not to). We always do our best to meet a quoted ship date, however any delivery or ship date given by us is an estimate only and we’re not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense for any failure to deliver in accordance with an estimated ship date.

6. SEYMOUR DUNCAN PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Product availability may be limited. Products may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right to revise or cease to make available any or all products.

7. EXPORT CONTROL

Benedetto pickups are subject to all export laws and regulations of the United States of America.

8. RETURN POLICIES

Seymour Duncan’s 21 Day “Real World” exchange policy does not apply to Benedetto pickups. All returns of defective or mis-shipped products require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please email or call Seymour Duncan Customer Service at 1-805-964-9610 (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST) for your RMA number and specific return instructions. An RMA number must be requested within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. Seymour Duncan will pay for the shipping of any defective merchandise or merchandise that we shipped in error.

 

After an RMA number is issued, please print the RMA number on the outside of the box and return the product to:

Items returned without prior approval and an RMA number may be refused and re-shipped, freight collect, to the sender.

Seymour Duncan endeavors to provide the best customer and technical support in the musical instruments industry. For end-user customers, we promise that our technical support staff will attempt to handle any problem involving Benedetto pickup products over the telephone.
